A provincial-level building-materials hub in Longyan with 560,000 m² of floor space, offering over 30,000 products in 15 categories such as ceramics, sanitary ware, stone and hardware, with room for more than a thousand traders plus a storage centre and e-commerce platform. Completed in 2014, it absorbed the city's scattered building-materials markets. It sits near the Longyan West exit of the Xiamen–Chengdu Expressway and National Road 319, and suits builders and contractors from Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi.
