A giant trade project launched in 2010 by Dahan Group and partners as one of Hunan's ten key projects, planned on 11,000 mu with 15 million m² of floor space. Its home & building-materials city opened in 2016 and its food city in 2017; by 2025 it had more than 5,000 traders in furnishings, building materials, food, daily goods and warehousing, next to the Jinqiao transport hub.
