A huge agricultural wholesale market that replaced the old Hongxing market: its 800-mu fruit phase opened in January 2021 and its 500-mu vegetable, seafood and meat phase began trial operation in December 2022. It has central China's largest seafood trading hub, sources products from 21 countries, and turned over about 53 billion yuan in 2023, ranking third nationally for fruit. It suits fruit and seafood importers and distributors.
