A market founded on 25 September 1991 beside Hangzhou East Station, with 42,000 m² of floor space; after a 2022 upgrade it became a four-storey market with garment trims — buttons, lace, zips — on floors 1–2 and general goods and stationery on floor 3. Over 1,500 merchants trade CNY 4 billion a year, and with Sijiqing Trims City it forms the East Station trims cluster. Served by Xintang Road station on Metro Line 4.
