💡 Tips for traders
Check colour, aroma and the proportion of black seeds (fewer is better); ask for pesticide-residue and moisture analysis for export; red pepper differs from green in pungency and aroma, so sample both; buy whole grains rather than powder to avoid adulteration, and store in sealed containers away from light
