One of the larger furniture and building-materials wholesale markets in north Beijing, opened on 17 July 2005 and selling furniture, building materials, appliances, lighting, sanitary ware, flooring, hardware, steel and curtains. Phase one has a 60,000 m² building-materials hall and a 10,000 m² furniture hall, with phase two adding 30,000 m² of furniture showrooms, plus stone and board zones and hundreds of brands. It is near Metro Line 5 and the expressways to the airport.
