Phase 1, the wholesale market (162 mu, 100,000 m²), has zones for local specialities, vegetables, fruit, dried seasonings and seafood with 500+ primary wholesalers. Daily trade reaches 1,500 tonnes, including 700 tonnes of vegetables.
