A market at Heishui Road and Changbai Road in Changchun, built under authorisation of the city government and organised by its Foreign Affairs Office, completed in February 2007. It comprises a large wholesale centre and more than ten small and medium shops selling clothing, watches and bags to customers from Changchun and across Jilin Province, served by buses 10, 11 and 231.
