A large complex run by Zhongdong Group on the west side of Jiangnan Street next to Jiangnan Bridge, with about 250,000 m², opened on 10 December 2010 and upgraded in September 2018. It combines retail, the Ruijia home-furnishing mall, dining, a Perfect World cinema and a family play park, and is one of the city's night-economy areas, with nursing and smoking rooms.
