A community mall at 1188 Zhongzhou Avenue in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou, opened in 2010 as CapitaMall Jinshui and renamed on 9 November 2018 after InLand took over. Its nearly 60,000 m² of sales area holds a supermarket, Chinese and Western restaurants, entertainment, fashion, kids' wear and toys, education and services, with brands such as Uniqlo and Starbucks. Two metro lines pass by, and it focuses on neighbourhood social life, including an outdoor pet park.
