A shopping centre (formerly Jiaxinmao Plaza) at 49 Nanchang Road, at its junction with Danxia Road in Xiangcheng District, opened on 29 August 2006 with 48,553 m² and 200 parking spaces. It houses a hypermarket, international brand stores, a food court and restaurants, including Zhangzhou's first Starbucks and Lukfook Jewellery. CapitaLand sold it in 2018 and it is now run by Injoy; it sits amid a dense upper-middle residential area.
