A lifestyle complex in Laoshan District, Qingdao, at Haier Road and Tong'an Road, with nearly 200,000 m² including about 90,000 m² of retail covering dining, entertainment, shopping and a children's zone, plus an art hotel and SOHO apartments. Opened in 2012 as Laoshan's first full-format shopping centre, it later declined amid stiffer competition and was sold in 2024.
