A furniture mall at the Maogang interchange where Huangpu Avenue meets Zhongshan Avenue, with 50,000 m² of trading space on three levels: a 10,000 m² rosewood (hongmu) furniture zone in the basement, upholstered, modern panel and youth furniture on the ground floor, and solid-wood and suite furniture on the second floor. It gathers nearly 200 brands with 1,200 free parking spaces and has been run by the Hongshuwan furniture chain since reopening on 29 April 2013. It links to Exit D of Yuzhu station on Metro Line 5 and the Maogang BRT stop.
