A retail complex on about 60 mu west of the Jinlong Road–Mingzhu Road junction in the heart of Haikou's Jinmao district. Opened in 2005 as a garden-style plaza for shopping, dining and leisure, with Carrefour signing on that year, it was renovated in 2015 and re-formatted as Yixincheng Shopping Centre; many shops still trade there.
