An urban complex at Gongye Road and Xinhua Road, Wolong District, Nanyang, Henan, begun in November 2007 with a 350-million-yuan investment and opened in 2009 on a 65,000 m² site with about 230,000 m² of floor space. It has a six-storey retail podium plus a basement, four towers of flats and offices, nearly 1,000 parking spaces and a 33,000 m² musical-fountain square; after rebuilding the former Xinhua Mall its retail area grew to 100,000 m². It suits residents of central Nanyang.
