A complex at 10 Duanzhou 4th Road, east of the Xinghu Archway Square in Zhaoqing, opened on 23 December 2008 with 158,000 m² of floor area. It comprises a large mall, the Huaxia Hotel and the Baoxing pedestrian street, with tenants such as RT-Mart, Jinyi Cinema, KFC and the city's largest cluster of sportswear brands. The fourth-floor food hall was refitted in 2019.
