A commercial complex at 333 Dongmen South Road in the southern new district of Jiangcheng, Yangjiang, with about 330,000 m² of floor space and RMB 1.5 billion of investment, combining a shopping mall, a home-furnishing hall, a business centre and 2,693 parking spaces. It fully opened on 26 July 2017; a kite-culture themed street opened in 2021 and it was named a Guangdong Cantonese-cuisine food street. A destination for shopping and local food.
