It is laid out as eight themed 'avenues' for lifestyle, sports, fashion, luxury, food and entertainment, with anchors including CR Vanguard supermarket and Jinyi IMAX cinema; a Freshippo store opened in January 2025. Metro Lines 3, 4 and the Loop Line serve it.
