The flagship complex of Zhong An Group (00672.HK) at Shanyin Road and Gongren Road, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, opened in December 2007 as Xiaoshan's first one-stop complex, with about 170,000 m² including 60,000 m² of retail plus offices, a hotel and apartments. Renovated in 2021-2022 into an experiential complex blending industrial and Jiangnan styles, it added 3,000 parking spaces. It suits Xiaoshan residents and families. (Not related to Hang Lung Properties.)
