A commercial complex at No. 199 Jiahe Road, Siming District, at the geometric centre of Xiamen Island, opened in 2009 as Fujian's first high-end mall, combining a shopping centre, five-star hotel and grade-5A offices, with metro access and over 400 parking spaces. Its phase-two luxury wing opened in September 2015, bringing retail to about 80,000 m²; it has a sunken garden plaza of nearly 10,000 m² and the Art Xiamen museum on L7.
