One of Wuxi's first planned urban complexes, developed by Coastal Group at No. 168 Lixin Avenue in Taihu New City and opened on 29 June 2014 with an investment of over RMB 7 billion. It combines a mall of about 120,000 m², a pedestrian street, offices and housing, with tenants such as a Tesla experience centre and an indoor ski centre, next to Civic Center Station on Metro Lines 1 and 4.
