A China Resources–Alibaba mall at the junction of Youyi Avenue and Xudong Street in Wuchang District, opened on 29 November 2024 and built as one structure with Alibaba's Wuhan Center. It has 110,000 m² of retail from B1 to the sixth floor, a rooftop garden, a naked-eye 3D screen and Florentijn Hofman's "hoho" golden-monkey installation. Dining, retail, a supermarket, a cinema and a climbing gym draw about 100,000 visitors a day at weekends.
