A mixed-use complex on Zhongxing East Street in Xiangdu District, Xingtai, completed in June 2013 with 260,000 m² combining shopping, dining, culture, education, offices and housing, plus two-level parking and a large sunken plaza. Tenants include Walmart, Starbucks, McDonald's, Watsons, Uniqlo, H&M, Adidas, Nike and a Hengdian cinema, and the basement has a street of Xingtai local snacks. It was the city's first HOPSCA-style complex and anchors its night-economy district.
