A large commercial complex at 199 Yongkang Road pedestrian street, Wujiang District, Suzhou, opened on 1 January 2009 with about 90,000 m² of floor space, around 40,000 m² of it retail across five floors served by 26 escalators. A 28-storey, 108 m tower above holds a hotel and offices, with basement parking, and the mall is a core node of the Yongkang Road shopping area. It serves residents of Wujiang.
