It first opened around 2010 as Wanxiang Life City and took its current name in 2018; tenants include a Yonghui supermarket and a Xiaomi store, with hotels, restaurants, parks and public transport nearby. From 2025 it is being upgraded into an eco-themed 'shopping park' of about 350,000 m².
