An American-style outlet town in Xinxiang's Pingyuan Demonstration Zone, opened on 6 November 2021 on more than 500 mu with 100,000 m² of buildings, billed as China's largest single outlet project by land area. It has over 400 directly run stores for brands such as NIKE, ADIDAS, FILA and Skechers, a 160-mu lake and 4,000 free parking spaces. It draws visitors from Zhengzhou and Jiaozuo as a short-break shopping destination.
