Phase one brought nearly 500 brands across nine categories such as fragrance, cosmetics and digital goods, mixing duty-free and duty-paid shopping with a drive-in cinema, an RV camp and a surf-gear store. It is under an hour's drive from Bo'ao airport and suits tourists shopping duty-free in Hainan.
