A mixed-use complex at 388 Longyan Avenue, Xinluo District, built with RMB 2 billion and about 300,000 m² covering a shopping centre, five-star hotel, LOFT apartments and housing, with over 2,000 parking spaces. The mall opened in 2015 as a lifestyle-centre concept anchored by Yonghui supermarket and a Ziyouren cinema, drawing more than 50,000 visitors a day.
