An outlet mall of Hong Kong's Wharf group at 168 Ouzhou North Road in Ningxiang High-tech Zone near Changsha, opened on 5 November 2016 with a focus on discounted international brands. It grew from about 140 to more than 200 brands and added a water park, a football pitch and food outlets such as Sexy Tea. Listed among Hunan's first model night-time consumption zones, it suits bargain hunters after big-name labels.
