An outlet-style shopping complex on Xiake Avenue at the Wuxi–Jiangyin border, near the agricultural expo park and Xu Xiake's former residence, master-planned by Italy's MAM Architetti Associati. Phase I (120,000 m², 1,600 parking spaces) opened in spring 2013 with over 300 brands, a 6,000 m² open-air plaza and an 18,000 m² dining zone.
