An outlet complex in the expo and free-trade core of Huangxing Town, Changsha County, opened on 26 September 2025 with a 2-billion-yuan investment, about 150,000 m² of floor space and a 2,200-space parking building. Its roughly 230 stores (a third new to Hunan) include Gucci and Prada multi-brand outlets, and a 330-metre '33 Li Lane' food and creative street. It is next to the Changsha International Conference Centre and Dujiaping station on Lines 2 and 4.
