An outlet mall in Harbin's Limin Development Zone, opened on 26 September 2015 with 65,000 m² of retail and over 130,000 m² of floor area, one of Heilongjiang's largest indoor outlets. It has over 200 brands spanning international designer discounts, a supermarket, a cinema and dining. The fully enclosed ∞-shaped layout and 2,000+ free parking spaces make it practical for winter shopping.
