A large outlet mall at 5001 Shibo Avenue in Xi'an's Chanba International Port, opened on 30 September 2017 and run by Sasseur Xi'an. About 370,000 m² in scale, its architecture follows Mario Botta's style with motifs from Xi'an's city wall, and it hosts over 400 brands in sports, kids and other zones. Combining shopping, culture and tourism, it underlies a REIT listed in Shanghai in 2026.
