A shopping and leisure centre at the heart of the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, built on the onshore boat park of the 2008 Beijing Olympic sailing regatta; its 36,000 m² building was designed by Australia's PTW. Facing the 'May Wind' landmark across the bay, it offers fine dining, boutique retail, entertainment and a children's centre, with sea-view terraces and a 270° boardwalk. It began trial operation on 28 April 2010.
