A shopping centre in Licheng District that opened on 2 July 2026, converted from the former Sanxin Jinding Plaza through a partnership between China Resources MixC Lifestyle and Fujian Sanxin Group, which invested over CNY 200 million in the upgrade. It now has 56,000 m² of retail space and 184 brands, nearly 60% of them new to the city, with 100% leasing and opening rates at launch. It is CR MixC's first asset-light MixC One in Fujian and suits young shoppers and families.
