A large clothing and footwear store of the well-known Pangdonglai chain in Xuchang, south-east of the Central Interchange in Weidu District; it opened on 19 September 2002 in vacant floors of the Xuchang Department Store building and was designed, built and fitted out by Pangdonglai itself. Down jackets bought here get lifetime repair for loose seams or lost buttons, and faulty goods can be refunded with no fixed time limit; its ground floor was given over to food instead of cosmetics and jewellery.
