A department-store-style mall built by Japan's H2O Retailing with Shanshan Group in the Eastern New Town of Yinzhou District, Ningbo, opened in April 2021 as Hankyu's first store outside Japan. Its 230,000 m² connect at B1 directly to Haiyan North Road station on Metro Lines 1 and 5. It hosts over 40 luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Cartier, plus an Izumiya supermarket, a cinema, beauty halls and dining.
