A one-stop complex at Renrui Road and Nanlin Road in Nanxun District, Huzhou, totalling about 700,000 m² with a mall, pedestrian street, housing and a hotel. The mall opened on 12 June 2021 with 192 brands such as Heytea, Pizza Hut and a cinema, and added 25 first-in-city stores in 2025. Its outdoor night market is a local favourite, and it averages about 34,000 visitors a day.
