Wanda's first large culture-tourism project in Nanjing, at No. 181 Xianlin Avenue, a 15-billion-yuan development begun in 2016 and opened on 1 June 2018, combining culture, tourism, technology, retail, housing and sport. Its retail part is about 307,000 m², with an all-weather Oriental-culture indoor theme park and China's longest indoor pedestrian street (520 m), in a "plum-blossom folding fan" building.
