A commercial complex at 369 Lushan South Avenue in Honggutan District, Nanchang's CBD, opened in November 2016 with 120,000 m² on five floors above ground and two below, plus about 2,800 parking spaces. Rated a national five-star shopping centre in 2020, it offers retail, a cinema, dining and services including brands new to Jiangxi, with a kids' zone, a sky garden and a basement food market. It drew 25 million visitors in 2022.
