ℹ️ About the mall
A historic store on Jiefang Road, Xi'an, whose roots go back to the 1946 Minsheng Market; its three-storey building opened in 1959 and in the 1980s–90s it was hailed as the 'No. 1 building of the Northwest'. After a full renovation in 2025, floors B1–3 became the 'Minsheng JF103' retail street, opened on 22 August 2025 with the first JD Outlets in Northwest China.
