An 'art-experience' shopping centre at No. 2038 Huali Road, Cuizhu Subdistrict, Luohu, with 120,000 m² including a 100,000 m² mall, a 13,000 m² inspiration street and an 8,000 m² standalone art building designed by Tadao Ando. It welcomed visitors from 30 April 2025 and officially opened on 28 June 2025 with more than 200 brands; first-year footfall topped 20 million with turnover of RMB 1.18 billion, and Hong Kong visitors made up over 30% in its first month.
