A large retail complex built by Liqun Group at No. 78 Wenhua East Road, Laizhou, completed in September 2004 with 36,000 m² of trading floor. It combines shopping, dining, entertainment and leisure and includes branded counters such as Luk Fook Jewellery. It is Liqun's second store in Laizhou, standing next to the Liqun Laizhou Shopping Plaza, and opens daily 8:30–21:00 — a convenient one-stop department store for visitors to the city.
