A large commercial complex at 10 Beijing Avenue in the Liuwu New Area of Lhasa, near the railway station and airport road, opened on 1 May 2025 with 302,000 m² in total and about 220,000 m² of retail. It plans more than 310 tenants in cosmetics, clothing, jewellery, fashion, entertainment, children's play and dining, nearly 30% of them new to Lhasa. It has more than 1,300 parking spaces and a giant glasses-free 3D screen.
