A large commercial plaza built by Hong Kong-listed Truly Group on Hongcheng Avenue West in Haifeng County. Its five-storey main building stands on a 5,000 m² site and houses a large library, a café, a cinema, KFC and other leisure facilities. Opened on 3 January 2003, it is a local landmark and the go-to shopping and leisure centre for Haifeng and the wider Shanwei area.
