A large commercial complex by Kaisa Group at 106 Renmin Road, Tiexi District, Anshan, west of Hongqiao Bridge, opened on 31 December 2012 as the city's first one-stop shopping centre. It has about 134,000 m² of retail over two phases, phase one having nine floors above ground and three below. Anchors include Yinhu department store and a Kaishi cinema, with restaurants bringing new brands to Anshan, and there are more than 400 parking spaces.
