Developed by Beijing Sunshine Xinye Real Estate, it combines shopping, entertainment and dining and has been revamped to attract younger shoppers. It is a short walk from Cuobuling Station on Metro Line 3 and launched the 'Beidao Yexiang' live-streaming night market.
