A park-style shopping destination on the inner ring of Longhu Financial Island, Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou, which began trial operation on 30 December 2023 with 280,000 m² of retail space and a 2.3 km lakeside shopping promenade. Blending open streets, a mall and landscaping, it had 61 Henan-first stores (52% of tenants) by end-2024, from Brompton and New Balance to local independent labels. It has about 2,500 parking spaces and connects to Metro Lines 4 and 6.
