A city complex at No. 8 Dongshan East Road, Tianjia'an District, fully opened on 27 October 2018 on about 56,600 m² of land with some 173,000 m² of floor space, including about 90,000 m² of main mall and 28,000 m² of the 'Diwu Avenue' street, on one basement and four upper floors. It won a 'new city commercial landmark' award in 2018, and in September 2025 Huainan's first Yonghui supermarket remodelled on the Pangdonglai model opened in its basement.
