The first Wanda complex in Ili Prefecture, in the border city of Khorgas on the frontier with Kazakhstan and north-west China's most important land port. It opened on 30 December 2022 with an investment of about 250 million yuan on a 12,524 sqm site, with a total floor area of 24,700 sqm of which roughly 12,400 sqm is commercial, over three floors above ground and one below, 18.9 m high. It houses a cinema, restaurants, entertainment and retail, serving both residents and cross-border traders.
